EMBRACE IMPERFECTION, DISCOVER CONNECTION
 
Many times, women find themselves without a regular place to be heard and supported. As we journey through life, we can be overly self-critical, holding ourselves to exceptionally high standards without allowing room for mistakes and imperfections. My goal is for members to feel a profound sense of validation and to experience "Me too" moments, connecting with others facing chronic self-criticism. This group aims to provide a secure space for sharing feelings and experiences without the fear of judgment.
