After everyone has placed their stones, remember that whenever you struggle to show grace to yourself or others, physically pick up a stone. Choose to either cast it or set it down, symbolizing your decision to practice grace. This exercise helps you release unforgiveness and anger, fostering a healthier, more joyful life.
